Ingredients
- 1-cup oil
- 1-cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 can pineapple drained
Instructions

Mix oil sugar eggs one at a time.

Add flour cinnamon salt & soda

Add carrots & pineapple and nuts beat well.

Bake in loaf pan at 300 for one hour
