No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped

Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and vanilla, beating until smooth and fluffy.

Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
