Ground Beef and Vegetable Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (hamburger)
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, or parsley)
- Optional: 1/4 cup beef broth

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant

Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes

Add diced carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender

Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and begin to brown, about 5 minutes

Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp
